Great news - We're Finalists in the Home category of the Irish Made Awards 2024! The annual Irish Made Awards from Irish Country Magazine celebrate the homegrown talent of Irish craft makers, designers and entrepreneurs making and producing a product on the island of Ireland. An expert panel judged the applicants in each category, whittling down entries to 130 Finalists across 14 categories all vying to be recognised. We are thrilled to share that SIAR Photography is a Finalist in the Home category of the Irish Made Awards 2021 by Irish Country Magazine - and we we need your help! Being Irish made is central to SIAR Photography, so we are proud to be considered for this category alongside some truly amazing makers and businesses.  The Irish Made Awards received almost 400 entries this year, the largest they've ever had, and after judging there are 116 finalists across 10 categories. There were 19 leading industry experts involved as judges in the process so far but now it's over to the public!  Winners will be decided...

The National Enterprise Awards were first introduced in 1997 to celebrate the contribution that small businesses make to the Irish economy. The aim of the National Enterprise Awards is to showcase, encourage and support a culture of enterprise and entrepreneurship in our communities in Ireland, to promote entrepreneurship and to showcase, encourage and to celebrate the achievement of clients of the LEOs. In 2019 Siar Landscape Photography was a Finalist in the County Clare Round of Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur (IBYE) in the Best Business Idea category.  IBYE, now in its fifth year, is a nationwide youth enterprise initiative to help those aged 18-to-35 with an innovative business idea, new start-up or established business. In 2019, 1,644 young entrepreneurs entered IBYE, it is an initiative of the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation and is supported by Enterprise Ireland and local authorities.
